special attention you have given us in regards to our patio
cover. We were very pleased with the outcome of the construction
and how you adjusted to the unique shape of our house We were
even more pleased with the service given to us a year and a half
later.
We appreciate all the effort your crew had
given us. They were very clean and worked quickly to handle the
situation. They have worked above and beyond our expectations.
This is a great example of how you stand behind your work and we
will highly recommend your services to others.

Scott:
It has been
a little over a month now since you and your crew have completed
the work you performed at my house. There has been many
occasions (more than I can count), where neighbors from the
non-immediate area that have either walked or drove by and
complimented the workmanship and design. In addition, our
immediate neighbors, as well as their friends and family are
constantly making comments of how beautiful everything has
turned out. I too, find myself sitting back and admiring the end
results. In my thoughts, I found myself going back to our first
introduction and how impressed I was in your presentation. You
took the time to listen and advise on a great many areas. Your
feedback was thoughtful and considerate to our wants and needs
as well as what your knowledge and background on past projects
and designs has educated you to this point in time.
After we
elected to go with you, your crew was always on time everyday
and began their work within ten minutes of arrival. They
constantly worked throughout the whole day and ALL had a great attitude towards their job! This truly shows how much your
staff enjoys not only what
they are doing, but as to whom they are working for. Their
dedication and commitment to all aspects of each level of the
job showed in their pride and their paying attention to detail.
From the original grading, all of the concrete and masonry work,
electrical and plumbing work, the patio covering installation to
the final landscaping, all crews stayed on task as well as
keeping us informed on all steps being implemented. I remembered
looking around at other neighborhoods and watching various crews
from other companies performing hardscapes and landscapes and
quickly identifying how all of these companies did little to
nothing in ensure their work areas were cleaned up and organized
at the end of each day. Your crew did the complete opposite,
they ensured that prior to going home, that all materials and
debris were cleaned up and organized for the following days
work. Your crew stayed on time with the scheduled completion
date and in fact, completed the overall job two weeks earlier
than what was originally discussed.
I am
taking the time to inform you of this, not only as to the end
results (which are absolutely perfect), but to let you know how
much my family and I appreciate what took place from start to
finish, that allowed the results to be achieved. Again, thank
you for providing our family with a home that we admire
everyday.
